today went for this interview at careerhub. obviously, its an agency. i left house at 1010 when the interview is at 1130 and im still late!! i thought 51 was the right bus la then i took 143 and transfer 51. in the end i not only waiting 20mins for the stupid 51 and realised that 143 is the right bus when i reached! i half way alighted and took bus de lor. and the taxi uncle happily thought that i duno english coz i forgot that the place is called Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce in eng. damn taxi driver. still speak eng in those slang~ la, pretend that he pro.
ok so basically the job is to work in a Call Centre. (either singtel. starhub or M1 customer service la) wah the agency person say until very tough, everyday muz continuously pick up calls, and since im will be working in billing department, those customers will be very fierce and frustrated since its dealing with money and i will get scolded, then need to solve everything on my own and on the spot. but the pay really good la, they'll also provide u with free internet n hp services and can take cab home everyday! but 9 mths contract leh...think i'll die if i really get the job.
