its the 3rd day of work and finally im busy. got quite alot of things to do for the whole day and thats good cos time passes faster. anw, shipments are quite amazing. i think no one will ever know that just a simple energizer battery, the process of getting it exported is so tedious.and im almost done with the learning of most of it. firstly u will receive orders from customers from all over the world. then u need to key in the orders and inform the warehouse. then u need to prepare the shipments for the exports. there are basically just too many different things to key in and the numbers once keyed wrongly..u r dead. u will also need to get the approvals of the export from diff ctrys. contact the shipping company..settle the packing list..in pellets or cartons. alright its boring, just that i think admin assistant is not a easy job after all.28 nov 2006. i made an important decision.
